Employment & Labor Law Section

The Employment and Labor Law Section of the Idaho State Bar provides services to enhance the skills of its members and to serve the interests of the public in the field of employment and labor law. The section meets at 12:00 p.m. noon (MT) on the fourth Wednesday of the month at The Law Center, 525 W. Jefferson Street in Boise. Meetings may be hybrid or via Zoom only. Please check email notices for confirmation of location. The meetings include a 0.5 hour CLE on a topic related to employment/labor law.

2025 Law Student Scholarship for Employment Law Conferences – Deadline March 14th

The Employment & Labor Law Section will not hold a meeting in April. In lieu of the meeting, the section will host an informal happy hour.
Location: Water Bear Bar, 350 N 9th St, Boise, ID 83702
Time: Wednesday, April 23rd at 5pm The section has approximately 22 drink tokens left over from the holiday happy hour held last December. We will be giving these tokens out to section members on a first come first serve basis. We look forward to seeing you there!
