Each year, the Family Law Section presents an Award of Distinction to a member of the bar, the judiciary, or the public who has provided outstanding service in the realm of family law. Nominations are requested for lawyers, judges, or citizens connected with family law, who have distinguished themselves during their career in the advancement of family law in Idaho. Section membership is not a requirement, though the support of the Family Law Section might well be one of the elements of the nominee’s distinction on behalf of family law.
The 2021 Family Law Award of Distinction was presented to
Mackenzie E. Whatcott – Cosho Humphrey, LLP
