Idaho Academy of Leadership for Lawyers Application

The Idaho Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (IALL) is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 class. Designed specifically for lawyers, this highly interactive leadership development program brings together emerging and established legal professionals to strengthen their leadership skills, expand their professional networks, and explore issues impacting the legal profession and their communities.

Participants will attend five sessions in Boise throughout the program year. The first session begins on the evening of Thursday, October 15, and continues through Friday, October 16.

Program Schedule

• Session I: October 15-16, 2026
• Session II: December 4, 2026
• Session III: January 22, 2027
• Session IV: March 26, 2027
• Session V & Graduation: April 30, 2027
