The Child Protection Section meets at 12:00 p.m. (MT) on the fourth Friday of the month at The Law Center, 525 W. Jefferson Street in Boise. Participation via telephone conference is also available.

Court Improvement Program Presents Topics on Child Protection
The Idaho State Bar Child Protection Section is pleased to announce the ability of our members to benefit from the programs of the Capacity Building Center for Courts. We will post upcoming courses presented by the Center here on our webpage. Please check back for updates on monthly programs that are offered free of charge.
The Capacity Building Center for Courts is excited to bring you an all new series of engaging, and inspiring recorded talks by nationally recognized child welfare experts. The talks focus on different aspects of the court’s role in providing high quality representation and multi-disciplinary support to families, with the goal of preventing removal whenever possible. A new CIP Talk will premiere the first Monday of each month in 2020 followed by a virtual Q&A with the speaker.
