The Commercial Law & Bankruptcy Section of the Idaho State Bar works closely with the Federal Court to create easier access to the Court by Idaho’s practitioners. Each year in February, the section holds their annual business meeting in conjunction with their annual seminar. The section meets at 4:00 p.m. (MT) on the third Wednesday of the month via telephone conference.
