Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 6-1002, the Board of Commissioners of the Idaho State Bar is responsible for appointing attorney members to medical malpractice prelitigation screening panels. The Commission is currently seeking attorneys to serve as panelists. The attorney member of the panel serves as Chair of the panel. Panelists serve as needed, and a stipend is offered for participation in the hearings.
