Newsbrief – Resolution Results

The bar membership considered one resolution during the 2017 resolution process, proposed changes to Idaho Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(g).  The resolution was approved by the membership. The recommended changes to the rule will be submitted to the Idaho Supreme Court for its consideration.  The results are:
