First District Special Meeting: Regarding Notice of Vacancy of Attorney on District Magistrate Commission.
Please see the attached Notice of Vacancy regarding Mary Cusack’s resignation from the First District Magistrate Commission. Ms. Cusack’s resignation creates an immediate vacancy in the Attorney A position on the First District Magistrate Commission. Ms. Cusack’s current two-year term is set to expire on September 30, 2026. Pursuant to Idaho Code 1-2203(1)(e) and 1-2203B, the First District Bar Association nominates to the Idaho State Bar an attorney to fill this position for the remainder of the current term. Therefore, please submit a nominee to the First District Bar via this email by February 6, 2026. There will be a special meeting to consider the nominees on February 12 at 11:00 am PT via the below link.
