February 2010 Examination, February 22-24
February 2010 Laptop Computer Registration Form 
Monday and Tuesday/February 22 - 23, 2010/Essay Examination: (All applicants must sit for all essay sessions)
Laptop Computer Meeting/Monday morning:
- 11:00 am – Applicants using a laptop set up computers for all essay sessions.
Essay Session One: Monday afternoon:
- 12:30 – Registration
- 1:15 - Instructions
- 1:30 – 4:30 – Four Idaho drafted questions
Essay Session Two: Tuesday morning:
- 8:00 – Registration
- 8:45 – Instructions
- 9:00 – 12:00 – Six Multistate Essay Exam questions (MEE)
Essay Session Three: Tuesday afternoon:
- 1:00 – Registration
- 1:15 – Instructions
- 1:30 – 4:30 – Two Multistate Performance Test questions (MPT)
Wednesday, February 24, 2010/Multistate Bar Exam (MBE):
MBE Session One: Wednesday morning:
- 8:30 – Registration
- 8:45 – Instructions
- 9:00 – 12:00 – MBE
MBE Session Two: Wednesday afternoon:
- 1:00 – Registration
- 1:15 – Instructions
- 1:30 – 4:30 – MBE
Effective June 1, 2010, the Idaho Bar Examination format, Topic List and Grading Standards will change and the July Bar Exam will be administered over two days instead of two and one-half days. Please be sure to review the following information carefully and refer any questions to the Admissions Department.

Application Deadlines & Fees
Applications must be received in the Idaho State Bar Office on the deadline date. Postmarked applications do not qualify. If the deadline date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the deadline date will be the first business day thereafter. Make checks payable to the Idaho State Bar.
