Appellate Practice Section
The Appellate Practice Section of the Idaho State Bar offers representation and services to both civil and criminal attorneys who practice before state and federal appellate courts. The section meets quarterly (April, June, September and December) at 12:00 p.m. noon (MT) at The Law Center, 525 W. Jefferson Street in Boise. Participation via telephone conference is also available.

If you are interested in joining the Appellate Practice Section, please complete the Section Registration Form and return with payment to Dayna Ferrero at the Idaho State Bar, PO Box 895, Boise, Idaho 83701. Membership dues are as follows:
2016 Standard Membership Dues: $25
Attorneys Admitted to ISB Less Than 3 Years: $10
Law Students: FREE
The Idaho Appellate Handbook, 4th Edition, is now available for purchase. Prices are $100.00 for section members and $150.00 for non-section members. To purchase, fill out the Publication Order Form and submit with appropriate payment.
