Workers Compensation Section

Each March, the Workers Compensation Section sponsors a day long seminar devoted to issues of concern in the area of workers compensation. The section also publishes an annual newsletter and work closely with the Idaho Industrial Commission on issues of common concern. The section serves as a primary source for technical assistance to the Commission.

If you are interested in joining the Workers Compensation Section, please complete the Section Registration Form and return with payment to Dayna Ferrero at the Idaho State Bar, PO Box 895, Boise, Idaho 83701. Membership dues are as follows:

2019 Membership Dues: $40 Attorneys admitted to ISB 1 year or less:  $20

Save the Date….. The Annual Workers Compensation Seminar sponsored by the ISB Workers Compensation Section will be held March 14-15, 2019, at The Sun Valley Resort in Sun Valley, Idaho. A welcome reception will be held the evening of March 14 with CLE presentations and the Section’s Annual Meeting scheduled during the day on March 15. The seminar registration form containing the detailed speaker lineup and schedule of events will be provided in early 2019. For more information about the seminar, please contact Andrew A. Adams.
