Join the Third District Bar Association and Access to Justice Idaho for their campaign kick-off with a free CLE and lunch.

Retired Idaho Supreme Court Justice Roger S. Burdick will discuss the increase of self-represented litigants in the Idaho Courts and the impact of this increase overall on the judiciary.

Justice Burdick’s remarks will be followed by a panel presentation with the three principal providers of civil legal services for poor and vulnerable Idahoans. Jennifer M. Schindele, the Idaho Volunteer Lawyers Program’s new program director, Amy Cunningham, Executive Director, DisAbility Rights Idaho, and James A. Cook, Executive Director, Idaho Legal Aid Services will talk about the impact of access to justice on their ability to provide services to our needy residents.
