Violence is an increasingly concerning issue in our country where even the legal profession has been affected. For more than two decades, Stephen Kelson, Christensen & Jensen, P.C. has researched, documented, and conducted statewide studies regarding threats and violence against the legal profession. He will discuss the causes, effects, and methods to recognize and relatively simple and feasible preventative methods to assess, recognize, actively avoid, and prevent threatening and violent situations before they occur.

*Note – Each Annual Meeting Webcast CLE session requires separate registration.

** In-Person Attendance – There will be a limited number of spots available to attend the CLE sessions in person on a first come, first serve basis at Concordia University School of Law.  All in-person events will require attendees to follow social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering.
