2.0 CLE credits – 1 NAC credit

Experienced estate planning attorneys, David C. Cooper and Stephen W. Trefts of Northwest Trustee & Management Services and Kimmer W. Callahan of Callahan and Associates, Chtd., will discuss basic estate planning documents and techniques that every attorney should know.  From basic estate planning documents of wills and trusts through the administration of a trust, this course will discuss the differences between approaches, and when to use one type of planning versus another.

*Note – Each Annual Meeting Webcast CLE session requires separate registration.
