The panel of Hon. Peter G. Barton, Fourth District Judge, Carsten A. Peterson, Hawley Troxell, Melodie A. McQuade, Givens Pursley LLP and Bradley G. Andrews, Idaho State Bar Counsel will help lawyers understand how to navigate the ethical issues related to social media. The panel will also discuss who to how to handle negative online reviews, advising clients about their use of social media, and social media issues in discovery, advertising, and jury selection.

** In-Person Attendance – There will be a limited number of spots available to attend the CLE sessions in person on a first come, first serve basis at Concordia University School of Law.  All in-person events will require attendees to follow social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering.
