1.5 CLE credits of which 1.5 are Ethics credits

With cyber-attacks on the rise in the past several months, Todd Sexton, Identillect Technologies and Bradley G. Andrews, Idaho State Bar Counsel, will discuss the ethical considerations relating to cybersecurity.  They will also provide strategies to minimize the risks of a cyberattack and lawyers’ ethical obligations following an electronic data breach or cyberattack.

*Note – Each Annual Meeting Webcast CLE session requires separate registration.

** In-Person Attendance – There will be a limited number of spots available to attend the CLE sessions in person on a first come, first serve basis at Concordia University School of Law.  All in-person events will require attendees to follow social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering.
