Leroy, Leroy Law Offices and Sherri Ybarra, Idaho Superintendent of Public Instruction for an inside look at a recent Idaho Supreme Court case. The case involves a suit in which Superintendent Ybarra sued the Idaho State Legislature and the State Board of Education after funding and supervision of eighteen employees currently working in the Idaho Department of Education was taken from the control of the superintendent’s office.
