Stephen Adams, Gjording Fouser, PLLC and Benjamin McGreevy, Idaho State Appellate Public Defender’s Office, will introduce participates to the state appellate rules and discuss the state appellate process from both the the civil and criminal point of view and provide pointers that the presenters have identified in their appellate practices.

** In-Person Attendance – You MUST pre-register to attend in person events as there will be a limited number of spots available that will be on a first come, first serve basis.  All in-person events will require attendees to follow the COVID protocols required by the Boise Centre in place at that time.
