Join the Idaho State Bar Professionalism and Ethics Section for a discussion on ethical issues surrounding COVID-19.  Ada County Clerk Phil McGrane and Brian P. Kane, Office of the Idaho Attorney General, will discuss how COVID-19 changed the election process and how legal issues were handled in the recent election. Simao J. Avila and Cody D. Earl, St. Luke’s Health Systems, will discuss the legal and ethical considerations regarding employer mandated COVID-19 vaccinations. Finally, Julia Crossland, Idaho State Deputy Bar Counsel, will highlight some recent ABA ethics opinions.
