Join the Animal Law Section for “Emerging Appellate Issues in Animal Law”, a CLE presented by premier animal law practitioner and author Adam P. Karp of Animal Law Offices, PLLC. Mr. Karp will discuss important trends and developments in animal law including an overview of veterinary malpractice litigation, valuation of companion animals and related damages in tort cases, and justifiable canicide in defense of livestock.
