Idaho Supreme Court Justice Robyn M. Brody will discuss Rules 1.3 and 1.4 of the Idaho Rules of Professional Conduct which govern responsibilities to handle cases diligently and to communicate with clients. She will discuss practical case management strategies that can help manage client expectations and reduce stress for lawyers. Topics to be discussed include deciding what information needs to be communicated to clients, how to communicate with clients, calendaring, and when and when not to delegate.
