Please join us for a CLE and an opportunity to volunteer as a pro bono advisor in Title IX investigations and hearings at select Idaho universities.

In this CLE, you will get background on the case law surrounding the Title IX Education Amendments of 1972 and the changes that came with the new Title IX 2020 regulations.   You will be trained on how to serve as an advisor in a university Title IX investigation on behalf of a university student or employee.

This course is offered free of charge with the understanding that you may be asked to serve as an advisor in the future on a pro bono basis through the Idaho Volunteers Lawyers Program.
