Join Idaho Supreme Court Justice Colleen Zahn for an overview of recent developments and amendments to the Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure, including their practical impact on Idaho practitioners. The program will also feature an update from Second Judicial District Administrative Judge Mark T. Monson on court operations, judicial initiatives, procedural developments, and other matters affecting the practice of law within the district.

This presentation will provide attorneys with timely insights into both statewide procedural changes and local court developments to help them effectively navigate Idaho’s evolving legal landscape.
