Our goal is to provide a vital forum for Idaho practitioners to discuss these local shifts within the broader landscape of national reform. Given the current transition toward a state-funded public defense system, this Symposium offers timely insights for Idaho practitioners. We have assembled a distinguished group of experts to lead this discussion, including:
- Keynote Speaker: Professor Eve Primus (University of Michigan School of Law)
- Hon. Molly Huskey: Idaho Court of Appeals
- Eric Fredericksen: State Public Defender
- Ritchie Eppink: Wrest Collective
- Panels: Zealous Advocacy, Rural Advocacy, and Public Defense in Idaho
- And many more….
