Join the Idaho Law Foundation and Attorneys for Civic Education in person in celebration of Constitution Day as they welcome distinguished speaker Neil Siegel for an in-depth discussion of the U.S. Supreme Court and its power. Professor Siegel will argue that the Court has become powerful despite being institutionally vulnerable because it has learned to perform two roles reasonably well – legal and political. In short, the Court has who central tasks, especially when it is under threat – preserving the Constitution and the rule of law, and protection itself.

*This event is on the same day as the 2025 Bench & Bar CLE & Reception, but the times will not conflict.
