The Idaho State Bar Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court – District of Idaho would like to offer this first in a series of Brown Bag CLEs titled, “How Debtors, Courts, and the U.S. Trustee Address the Impact of Purdue Pharma.”  Jessica McKinlay, University of Idaho College of Law, will do a case law review and Ford Elsaesser, Elsaesser Anderson, Chtd., will tell us about his experience in the cases that he has that involve those issues as well as discuss issues post­-Purdue.
