Opportunity to Serve as the Idaho Young Lawyer Delegate to the ABA House of Delegates

The Idaho State Bar (“ISB”) Board of Commissioners invites qualified attorneys to apply to be appointed as the Idaho Young Lawyer Delegate to the American Bar Association (“ABA”) House of Delegates. The Idaho Young Lawyer Delegate must be 36 years old or younger at the start of their term or have been admitted to their first bar within the past five years. In addition, the Delegate must be an ABA member in good standing or become an active dues-paying member upon appointment. The two-year term commences at the close of the 2025 ABA Annual Meeting on August 12, 2025, and expires at the conclusion of the 2027 ABA Annual Meeting.

The ISB provides some financial assistance for travel expenses; however, the Delegate will be responsible for some costs associated with attendance at ABA House of Delegates meetings.
