Bar Counsel’s Office is launching a new online form for Idaho State Bar members to submit ethics questions. This is in lieu of direct calls to Bar Counsel’s Office. This change will ensure that Bar Counsel’s Office allocates appropriate time and resources to assist members with their ethics questions amidst a significant rise in ethics calls and attorney grievances occurring nationwide. Members will be asked to provide a summary of the underlying facts and to identify what Idaho Rule of Professional Conduct is implicated. Having this information available before a call will allow our office to provide a more efficient response.
