CHECK-IN: 3:00 p.m. We ask that all admittees remain in the immediate area following check-in.

REQUIRED FOR THE IDAHO STATE BAR: In order to be admitted to the Idaho State Bar, you must complete your licensing forms and pay the $125 prorated license fee.

Licensing may be completed online using the New Admittee Online Licensing program or with the paper forms. Licensing forms and fees must be received by September 23, 2024. Contact the Licensing Department at (208) 334-4500 if you have questions about the Idaho State Bar licensing paperwork. Mail or deliver to the Idaho State Bar at P.O. Box 895, Boise, ID 83701 (mailing address) or 525 W. Jefferson St., Boise, ID 83702 (physical address).

REQUIRED FOR THE IDAHO SUPREME COURT: The Idaho Supreme Court charges a $25 fee for your formal admission certificate. Please bring this fee with you to the Admission Ceremony and pay the Court upon check in. The fee may be paid by either a check or money order made out to Idaho Supreme Court in the amount of $25.00, or in cash; but you must bring exactly $25.00, as the Court will not be able to make change. The Supreme Court will not permit payment via credit card at this time.

REQUIRED FOR THE UNITED STATES COURTS, DISTRICT OF IDAHO: If you intend to be sworn in at the Federal Court, please visit their website at https://id.uscourts.gov/district/attorneys/Attorney_Admissions.cfm to complete the admissions application and pay the admission fee of $250. The District Court must receive your licensing forms and fee by September 23, 2024, if you plan on being admitted in the District Court. You may contact the Admission Clerk, Crystal, at 208-334-1976 with any questions.

ATTIRE: The ceremony is a joint court session with the Idaho Supreme Court and the United States District Court; therefore, new admittees must wear proper courtroom attire.
