Initial Registration Complete for Attorney of Record Portal

The initial registration rollout for the Idaho Supreme Court’s Attorney of Record Portal has finished. Practicing members of the Idaho State Bar who have not signed up are now invited to register at any time by visiting preview.icourt.idaho.gov.

The Portal is a new service for attorneys that provides online access to case records. Once registered, an attorney will receive access to case information and documents for trial-court cases where they are listed as an attorney of record, including certain exempt documents.

Registered attorneys can also view other publicly available case information and documents across the state court system. Once registered, they can designate up to three employee delegates to receive their same access.

Members of the Idaho State Bar with a status of active, emeritus, house counsel or military spouse provisional license are eligible to register for the site. Registration can take 1 to 2 business days to complete and requires signing an attestation about use of the site.

This service is provided as a privilege for practicing members of the Idaho State Bar. It does not replace traditional methods of serving documents or accessing records.

More information about the Attorney of Record Portal is available in these frequently asked questions and this registration help guide. Other support options can be found on the site’s “Support” page.
