Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 73-203, the Board of Commissioners of the Idaho State Bar is responsible for nominating bar members to serve on the Idaho Code Commission. The appointments are made by the Governor for six-year terms. Jeremy Vaughn’s (Twin Falls) term expires on December 1, 2026. The bar is seeking attorneys interested in the position.
