- 30-Team Cap; first paid, first entered
- Entry fee is $510 per six-person team payable by check, Venmo or Apple Pay.
- Team captains must send ONE in-full payment only as follows:

- Entry fee includes green fees for six players, three carts per team, lunch, entry into the putting tournament, drink tickets, and golf swag.
- Entry fee is PER TEAM and NONREFUNDABLE.
- Lunch will be served to all participants after the tournament.
- The first round of the putting contest will commence during the tournament on the putting green. Final round is after lunch, so stick around!
- Individuals who would like to enter without a team should email Angie Perkins (angie@angieperkinslaw.com) and she will attempt to match you with team. No guarantees.
- Absolutely no outside alcohol permitted.
