Idaho attorney David Z. Nevin, Nevin, Benjamin & McKay LLP, will discuss Fearless Legal Leaders: Defending Individual Liberty in the Old & New West, highlighting leaders from the time of Clarence Darrow to Gerry Spence.

This presentation kicks off the Ninth Judicial Circuit Historical Society’s fearless legal leader programs, to be held around the circuit in 2026.  The Hon. Debora K. Grasham, U.S. Magistrate, District of Idaho will serve as the master of ceremonies and former federal court senior staff attorney David L. Metcalf will begin the program by briefly describing Mr. Nevin’s own work as a fearless legal leader.
