Join Brandon Woolf, Idaho State Controller as he explains the statutory authority for the state’s transparency portals—Transparent Idaho which is authorized under Idaho Code § 74-106 and 2021 HB 73. Mr. Woolf will also discuss Townhall Idaho which was created in 2021 by House Bill 338 and links to Idaho’s Open Meeting Law covered in Idaho Code §§ 74-201 to 74-208 and demonstrates how citizens can lawfully access government financial and meeting data.
