Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 73-203, the Board of Commissioners of the Idaho State Bar are responsible for nominating bar members to serve on the Idaho Code Commission. The appointments are made by the Governor for six-year terms. The term of one of the Code Commissioners expired on December 1, 2024. The bar is seeking attorneys interested in the position.
