Join the Idaho State Bar Health Law Section for their annual CLE.  This year’s CLE will provide insight from two different aspects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The first part of the CLE will feature Marvin M. Smith, Marvin K. Smith and Austin T. Strobel of Hawley Troxell Ennis & Hawley, LLP, who represent Idaho’s healthcare providers.  They will discuss our response as a state to the pandemic and how medical malpractice claims maybe impacted.

During the second portion Darci W. Crane and Robert Firpo, Assistant U.S. Attorneys, U.S. Department of Justice will share insight on the Department of Justice’s enforcement priorities under the Federal False Claims Act.
