The ISB Board of Commissioners has approved the formation of an Agricultural Law Section.  The organizational meeting will take place on May 28, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. (MT) via virtually and via teleconference call, dial 888-706-6468, and enter the participant number 8514170.  Please email Dayna Ferrero at dferrero@isb.idaho.gov to obtain the link for the virtual May 28th meeting.

All Bar members are invited to participate. Agenda items include the procedure for the selection of Officers, adoption of By-Laws, and discussion for design and development of Section activities.  Materials for the meeting including the agenda and draft by-laws are available here.
