Dispute Resolution Section
The Dispute Resolution Section of the Idaho State Bar promotes the education, training and networking of Dispute Resolution practitioners. The section meets at 12:00 p.m. noon (MT) on the third Wednesday of January, April, August, & October at The Law Center, 525 W. Jefferson Street in Boise. Participation via telephone conference is also available.

To participate in the next scheduled meeting, you may RSVP at least 24-hours in advance, via email to Dayna Ferrero - please specify if you will be attending in-person or via telephone conference. A meeting agenda and/or any additional materials (if available) will be provided to all participants via email prior to the meeting and posted online for reference. NOTE: Section meeting dates may be subject to change and/or cancellation.
The 21st Annual Northwest Dispute Resolution Conference will take place Friday, March 28, 2014 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and Saturday, March 29, 2014 from 8:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. at the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle. For 21 years, the Northwest Dispute Resolution Conference has offered a wonderful opportunity for attendees to learn new dispute resolution skills, share ideas with colleagues, catch up with old friends and make new ones. Several of this year’s thought-provoking sessions will be led by: Ken Cloke, Director, Center for Dispute Resolution, Santa Monica, California; Peter Robinson, Managing Director, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, and Professor of Law, Pepperdine School of Law, Malibu, California; Michelle LeBaron, Professor of Law and Director, University of British Columbia Program on Dispute Resolution, Vancouver, British Columbia; and John Medina, Affiliate Professor, University of Washington School of Medicine and Director, Seattle Pacific University’s Brain Center for Applied Research, Seattle, Washington
