Requesting an Idaho Certificate of MCLE Compliance
The Idaho State Bar will provide certificates of MCLE compliance to Idaho lawyers to submit to another state under the following conditions:
The attorney is an active member of the Idaho State Bar.
The attorney has completed a full Idaho MCLE reporting cycle.
The attorney has complied with the Idaho MCLE credit requirements during the reporting cycle immediately preceding the current cycle.
How to Order and Idaho Certificate of MCLE Compliance
To order an Idaho MCLE compliance certificate, use the Online Request Form. The fee is $10 for the first certificate and $2.50 for each additional one. It normally takes 2-3 business days to process requests. The certificates will be mailed to the attorney within a few days of the request.
