- Requesting an Idaho Certificate of MCLE Compliance
- The Idaho State Bar will provide certificates of MCLE compliance to Idaho lawyers to submit to another state under the following conditions:
- The attorney is an active member of the Idaho State Bar.
- The attorney has completed a full Idaho MCLE reporting cycle.
- The attorney has complied with the Idaho MCLE credit requirements during the reporting cycle immediately preceding the current cycle.
- The Idaho State Bar will provide certificates of MCLE compliance to Idaho lawyers to submit to another state under the following conditions:

- To order an Idaho MCLE compliance certificate, use the Online Request Form. The fee is $25 for the first certificate and $10 for each additional one. It normally takes 2-3 business days to process requests. The certificates will be mailed to the attorney within a few days of the request.
