Casemaker Help
Now you are able to contact a person who will be able to assist you anytime. Between the hours of 8:00AM to 8:00PM weekdays, you will get a trained Lawriter Legal Research Representative. If you call during non traditional business hours you will be directed to a call center who will inquire to your need; if you are unable to access Casemaker (for username/password problems, please contact Annette Strauser at (208) 334-4500) a live technical support person will respond immediately and return your call. If you need help with a search or want to learn more about Casemaker 2.0, someone will return your call first thing 8:00AM weekday, the start of our live help window of service.
