Mock Trial Materials

One coach from each team must be in charge of sharing the Idaho Mock Trial Code of Civility & Ethics with everyone associated with the team, including other coaches, team members, courtroom artists, and observers.

Code of Ethics Acknowledgement

The links below will take you to the forms you will need for the 2019 mock trial competition. Please note that the forms for scoring and awards are available in the 2019 Scoring and Awards Handbook. The timekeeping forms are available in the 2019 Timekeeping Handbook.

  • Participation Form: At the end of the regional competition, students are provided with a certificate of participation for mock trial.
  • Daily Sheets: Note that there are two separate Daily Sheets: one for the Prosecution and one for the Defense. Refer to the Rules of Competition for further information on their use.
  • Photo & Video Release Form: During the competition, staff and news media may take photos and videos of students. This form gives permission to use photographs and videos for educational and promotional purposes.
