One coach from each team must be in charge of sharing the Idaho Mock Trial Code of Civility & Ethics with everyone associated with the team, including other coaches, team members, courtroom artists, and observers.

- Team Roster: At the end of the regional competition, students are provided with a certificate of participation for mock trial.
- Daily Sheets: Note that there are two separate Daily Sheets: one for the Plaintiff and one for the Defense. Refer to the Rules of Competition for further information on their use.
- Activity Participation Form: Each team member must sign this form indicating they (and their family for students under 18) are assuming responsibility for their participation in mock trial.
- Release Form: During the competition, staff and news media may take photos and videos of students. This form gives permission to use photographs and videos for educational and promotional purposes.
