Idaho Rule of Professional Conduct 6.1

Every lawyer has a professional responsibility to provide legal services to those unable to pay. A lawyer should aspire to render at least fifty (50) hours of pro bono legal services per year to persons of limited means or to charitable, religious, civic, community, governmental and educational organizations.

  • Provides malpractice insurance
  • Connects attorneys with mentors and other tools to assist when taking a case in a new area of law
  • Offers free CLE training to volunteer attorneys
  • Enhance the legal profession by providing professionals with diverse and meaningful opportunities to assist those in need
