Notice is hereby given that the Annual Business Meeting of the members of the Idaho Law Foundation, Inc. will be held on Thursday July 18, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at JUMP in Boise for the purpose of electing directors, to vote on proposed amendments to the Bylaws, and to receive an annual report on the business of the Foundation. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you may exercise your vote by completing the online proxy. Voting will open on Monday, June 10, 2024, and conclude at 4:00 p.m. (MT) on Monday, July 8, 2024. The candidates are:

• Hon. Robyn Brody (Boise)
• Clay Gill (Boise)
• Hon. Rick Bollar (Rupert)

Proxy ballot information will be sent to you Monday morning from idaholawfoundation@isb.idaho.gov. It will contain a link to the voting page, the voting page will include your personal login and password.
