CLE Programs and Publications
Throughout the year, live seminars on a variety of legal topics are sponsored by the Idaho State Bar practice sections and by the Continuing Legal Education program of the Idaho Law Foundation. The seminars range from one hour to multi-day events. Many of our shorter seminars (1-3 hours) are also available for participation as a live webcast and/or teleseminar. Webcast seminars can be viewed from your computer and participants may email questions during the program. Teleseminars may be accessed from any phone and questions may be asked at the conclusion of the program. Live Program Online Registration is requested 48 hours in advance for all webcast and/or teleseminar participants.
To view a list of upcoming live seminars, select: ISB/ILF UPCOMING CLE PROGRAMS.
Nearly 225 pre-recorded seminars are available to view at your convenience through our online, on-demand CLE option. When utilizing the ISB/ILF online, on-demand services, keep in mind the following:
- All online, on-demand programs are considered “self-study” (of the minimum thirty (30) credit hours necessary for reporting every three years, only 15 may be claimed as self study).
- Credit will not be given for previously-viewed programs, regardless of whether the program was viewed in the current or prior reporting period.
- Once purchased, you will have ninety (90) days to view the program.
- Registration of multiple viewers or attendees with one registration entry is not allowed. If you are registering multiple people for a program, you must create an account and register each person separately.
A wide variety of practice guides, formbooks and seminar course materials from the Idaho State Bar, Idaho Law Foundation, and ISB Sections is available for purchase in hard copy or PDF format.
