IVLP does not accept cases in the following areas: fee generating matters, criminal matters, patent/copyrights, and similar specialized areas.

Idaho Rule of Professional Conduct 6.1 Every lawyer has a professional responsibility to provide legal services to those unable to pay. A lawyer should aspire to render at least fifty (50) hours of pro bono legal services per year to persons of limited means or to charitable, religious, civic, community, governmental and education organizations.
