The Honorable Ryan D. Nelson of the Ninth Circuit Court of appeals will provide insight into Idaho’s history in the Ninth Circuit, including the judges who have served from Idaho, the major cases from Idaho that have been heard by the Ninth Circuit, and he will discuss the types of Ninth Circuit cases that typically originate in Idaho.
*Note – Each Annual Meeting Webcast CLE session requires separate registration or the purchase of a bundle.
** In-Person Attendance – You MUST pre-register to attend in person events as there will be a limited number of spots available that will be on a first come, first serve basis. All in-person events will require attendees to follow the COVID protocols required by the Boise Centre in place at that time.
