Leslie M. Hayes, Office of the Idaho Attorney General, Bryan A. Nickels, Duke Scanlan & Hall, PLLC, and Trudy H. Fouser, Gjording Fouser, PLLC, will cover all aspects of preparing for an appeal at the trial level and how to thematically view your appeal in preparing for remand.  We will discuss all aspects of the appellate process, including briefing, argument, and how to develop, modify, and adapt cohesive themes that work for the lifespan of your case.
