Already 2020 is proving to be an election year like no other; fears of foreign interference, failed caucuses and now pandemic delays. Our own elections junkie, Ada County Clerk and attorney, Phil McGrane, will share his insights on the laws regulating elections and what we should watch for as the 2020 election continues.
