Attorneys will learn practical tools for preparing for appearances for immigration cases before the Immigration Court, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Key topics to be discussed include, but not limited to: family based permanent residence, victim/domestic violence waivers, deportation defense, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
