It has been a year since the Young Lawyers Section first asked Justice Robyn Brody to provide insight into how the Idaho Supreme Court was adjusting the operations of Idaho’s courts due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There have been many changes over the course of the past year with probably many more to come.
Justice Brody will again provide bar members with insight into how the Idaho Supreme Court has managed the court system over the year and the process that is being used to evaluate what could be permanent improvements.
